Evan Sanchez, Founder of eFlowCoach. With a proven track record as an entrepreneur, superior sales management skills and the heart of a coach, Evan Sanchez is often called upon to help small and large businesses reach higher levels of performance by harnessing the skills and assets they have already within their organizations. His Intuitive FLOW coaching psychology also inspires companies to make the culture changes and organizational adjustments necessary to thrive and grow, and encourage their employees to become part of their successes.

By championing leadership, communication, sales performance and work/life balance, Sanchez and his fellow eFlowCoach associates, develop customized plans for each client and provide workshops, consultations and team-building programs to ensure success. Small businesses often report revenue increases of 20-30 percent; large companies report performance increases up to 200 percent, decreases in conflicts and improvements in employee morale.

With more than 15 years as a personal trainer, coach and as a former member of semi-professional Albuquerque Gunners soccer team, Sanchez knows all about setting goals and the champion mindset that makes one achieve new levels of success. In addition to a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of North Texas, he’s been the owner or co-owner of three businesses, sales manager at LandAmerica American Title and a sales director at Dallas Business Journal, where he was named Employee of the Year in 2003.

Kelly Church, CEO of eFlowCoachVested in the service of helping others achieve their ultimate best, Kelly has been chosen to lead eFlowCoach in driving its mission to help companies attain high performance and high fulfillment. Responsibilities include leading the company through its accelerating growth phase by adhering to the philosophies and models that are the founding principles of Culture Engineering.
Organizations today are exposed to continual and constant forces that pose daily challenges to their foundations and in some cases threaten their very existence and survival. Kelly has worked in and of environments that have felt the strain and pressure from common aggregative sources of communication, growth and change. Through her experienced career in supporting and consulting with leaders from every rank across industries, Kelly has found herself in agreement that the aforementioned commonalities are the thread that ties performance and fulfillment to either their success or demise. With a background in Investor Relations, Franchise Development and Sales Productivity, Kelly has developed a keen sense for identifying solutions to both people and organizational concerns. Kelly’s ability to motivate others towards success is a natural fit for leading an organization of talented individuals who seek to connect their experience with the right situations. Through the expansion of the Certified Affiliate program design of expert level coaching executives, Kelly plans to drive eFlowCoach and its existing momentum into a world-class organization.

B.Organization Dianosis: eFlowCoach will perform a Strategic Performance Assessment using proprietary tools designed to focus on three key factors: Strategy, Design, and Culture.
These tools will engage the entire organization through a user-friendly on-line survey that provides the CEO and the key leadership team members with a better understanding of what the leaders and associates in the firm believe to be the "state of the enterprise."
C.Report Results: eFlowCoach will report, explain, and discuss the results of the diagnostic tools with the CEO and key leadership. Focusing on those areas where there are
opportunities for improvement. These improvements are typically around, communication, change, conflict, delegation, turnover rate, growth, risk management etc.
D.Action Planning Session: Our consultants will conduct a planning session where we facilitate discussions with the key leadership to focus on action plans that target the
potential areas for change or improvement.
E.Development Program: We will, where appropriate, conduct leadership training and development workshops for each key level in the organization. We typically work with the
most senior personnel first, and then move toward that level we refer to as the work leaders in the organization. It is our conviction that this is the level that most influences the daily activities of the organization. When these behaviors are consistent with our perspectives on quality leadership, then the organization can effectively change and improve the performance of the company. Through the resources of our in-house cadre and an affiliate organization, we have access to a broad range of consultants and trainers who can provide added depth and breadth to the learning experiences.
F.Coaching Leaders: This process suggests that by supporting the training activities with personalized coaching for all levels of organizational leaders, we create a development
process rather than a simple event. Coaching has become a useful and often-used support system at the top of many organizations.
G.Follow up: Our ongoing efforts would be only as required, but we do commit to return at a specified time to determine if the organizational change that we have facilitated has
actually been reinforced and has persisted.

"Bill, At the phone conference on employee satisfaction, you opened the door to contacting you with any of our concerns.

I would like to make the plea to continue the “Culture Sick” training, for at least the next few months. There are eight of us involved in the calls in Pensacola (Q’s, Admin, DSP, RN, House Manager). We all agree that this is the best training that our company has offered/invested in. This is exactly what we have needed to put us on the right track in managing and understanding our staff and ourselves. As you are aware, we historically receive excellent surveys in Pensacola, and our facilities are well maintained. We are all well versed in the day to day requirements and details, and we all care for our residents. BUT, we cannot seem to get along!
